Where should we start?
MinistryAlign Basic. It's just the matching — share one link, people answer with no account, and you get a grid of who fits which team. Your first 3 people are free, no card. Move up to the full product whenever you're ready.
What's the difference between Basic and the full product?
Basic is matching only: assessment links, the Fit Matrix, your ministries, and billing. The full product adds member accounts, ministry health, schedules, tasks and goals, insights, messaging, and the personal daily walk.
If we start on Basic, do we lose anything by upgrading later?
No. Everything you gather in Basic stays with your church — upgrading adds the rest on top of what you already have.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Only your active-member cap. Every feature is on every plan — the assessments, matching, ministry health, my tools, shared calendar, all of it. Pick the size that fits your church today.
What counts as an active member?
Every human who logs in and uses the app — leaders, admins, volunteers, and attending members. Paused or inactive members don't count.
What if I go over my cap?
Add a seat pack (+100 members) or move up to the next tier. We'll never lock you out mid-month.
Is there a free trial?
Basic has no trial clock at all — your first 3 people are free and no card is needed. On the full product, you get 30 days for your whole church with no card required.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans (and seat packs) are priced at 11 months. Pay for 11, get 12. One month free, every year.
Can I switch tiers later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect right away and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What about add-ons and bundles?
We used to sell bundles. Not anymore. Every feature is included on every plan — nothing extra to buy.
