Each person receives a personalized profile: a one-line archetype headline, their DISC blend with three masks (natural, under pressure, perceived), top spiritual gifts, top passions, and recommended ministries that fit their design.
3. Leaders match by design, not availability
For every open ministry role, leaders see a ranked list of members who'd genuinely thrive there — based on gifts + passions + personality, not just who said yes on a clipboard.

No. MinistryAlign is placement and reflection software. It does not replace your church management system. Use it alongside a ChMS or spreadsheet — those track who is available; MinistryAlign reflects who each person is and where they fit.

What is My Walk?
My Walk is MinistryAlign's personal companion: a weekly verse, four rings (Clarity, Rhythm, Action, Connection), assessments, and a private journal. Individuals can use it free. Church members get the same walk alongside placement.
