What is My Walk?

My Walk is the personal side of MinistryAlign: your verse, journal, faithful moments, and spiritual profile. If the app helped you, you can leave an optional tip ($3, $7, or $15 per month) at ministryalign.app/support-the-mission, but nothing new unlocks behind it.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in page and tap “Forgot password.” A reset link arrives by email within a minute. If you don’t see it, check spam and confirm you’re using the same email you signed up with.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, journal entries, assessments, and any data tied to your user are removed. If you’re an admin of a church, hand off ownership first or contact us and we’ll help.

I joined a church but don’t see ministry data yet.

Once a leader assigns you to a ministry, it shows up under My ministries within a few seconds. If you’ve been waiting longer, ask your leader to confirm the assignment, or email us and we’ll check.

Can I switch churches?

Yes. Your spiritual profile (gifts, DISC, passions, journal) belongs to you and travels with you. Leave one church from Settings, then accept an invite from another.

My church wants to sign up. Where do I send them?

Send them to https://ministryalign.app/for-churches. It explains the church-side tools, pricing tiers, and how to start a free trial.

How is my data used?

Your journal, reflections, and private notes are yours alone — never shown to your church and never turned into a score anyone else sees. Your assessments, gifts, passions, style, and skills are visible to your church's admins and the leaders of teams you serve on, because that's how they place you well. Church health rollups use activity signals, never content. We never sell data. Full details: /privacy.
