30-day money-back guarantee
MinistryAlign, operated by Otech Labs LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions purchased directly from us. If the product is not right for your church, request a full refund within 30 days of the charge.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. A trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel any time during the trial and nothing is charged.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ministryalign.app from, or including, the email address used at checkout. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app, which opens Stripe's billing portal where you can also update your card or download invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — for money already charged, follow the process above.
Renewals and annual plans
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window — including annual renewals — are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise, and we do not prorate partial periods. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next term. We may make an exception at our discretion; doing so once does not create an ongoing entitlement.
Purchases made in the Apple App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, that store handles billing and refunds under its own rules, and we cannot issue a refund for it. Request a refund and manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple or Google account. Support contributions to My Walk are voluntary, unlock nothing, and are likewise handled by the store or by Stripe.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster. We may suspend a workspace while a chargeback is open.
