30-day money-back guarantee

MinistryAlign (operated by Cody James Ouellette) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@ministryalign.app with the email address you used at checkout. We'll process the refund back to the original card through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app — this opens Stripe's billing portal where you can also update your card, download invoices, or pause. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. For refunds on amounts already charged, follow the process above.

Renewals outside the refund window

Renewal charges that occur after the 30-day refund window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.
