How does MinistryAlign work with a Subsplash app?
Add a tile or button in Subsplash that links to https://ministryalign.app/open?to=/dashboard. Subsplash's in-app browser can't run push, persist sessions, or install to the home screen, so we detect the webview and hand the member off to Safari or Chrome with one tap.
Is this an official Subsplash partnership?
No. There is no API contract. Your church controls a public link in the Subsplash dashboard. You can also paste a Web Embed iframe for join or signup; the full experience (sessions, push, Add to Home Screen) needs the /open handoff.
Do members stay inside the Subsplash app?
No — and that is intentional. In-app webviews block the browser features MinistryAlign relies on. After one tap they land in Safari or Chrome. They can add MinistryAlign to the home screen so it sits next to your Subsplash app.
Can I deep-link to a specific page?
Yes. Pass any path as the to= parameter, e.g. /open?to=/my/walk or /open?to=/find-a-church. Unsafe values fall back to /dashboard.
Is MinistryAlign a ChMS replacement?
No. MinistryAlign is placement and reflection software. It does not replace your church management system. Use it alongside a ChMS or spreadsheet — those track who is available; MinistryAlign reflects who each person is and where they fit.
What is My Walk?
My Walk is MinistryAlign's personal companion: a weekly verse, four rings (Clarity, Rhythm, Action, Connection), assessments, and a private journal. Individuals can use it free. Church members get the same walk alongside placement.
Is there a free trial?
MinistryAlign Basic has no trial clock — your first 3 people are free and no card is needed. MinistryAlign Complete includes a 30-day trial. No credit card to start.
