Members complete three short assessments: passions (what stirs them), DISC personality (how they're wired), and all 13 spiritual gifts. The UX is warm and conversational — most members say they enjoyed it.

Each person receives a personalized profile: a one-line archetype headline, their DISC blend with three masks (natural, under pressure, perceived), top spiritual gifts, top passions, and recommended ministries that fit their design.
