30-day money-back guarantee

MinistryAlign (operated by Cody James Ouellette) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@ministryalign.app with your order details and we will help you through Paddle.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. For refunds on amounts already charged, please follow the process above.

Renewals outside the refund window

Renewal charges that occur after the 30-day refund window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.
